– LD 534, HP 339 – An Act to Allow Commercial Driver’s License Holders Who Are 18 to 20 Years of Age to Haul Hazardous Materials Intrastate

This bill allows a person who is 18 years of age or older and holds a valid commercial driver’s license to be eligible to obtain a hazardous materials endorsement to haul hazardous materials intrastate.
