Governor Janet Mills announced that she will deliver a virtual State of the Budget Address on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. Governor Mills was invited to deliver her Address (PDF) “in writing accompanied by a video stream to be shared with the Legislature and the public” by the Legislature’s Presiding Officers, Senate President Troy Jackson and Speaker of the House Ryan Fecteau.
In her remarks, which will be aired via Maine Public, Governor Mills will honor those who lost their lives to COVID-19, pay tribute to Maine people and businesses fighting to stem the tide of the pandemic, discuss the impact of the pandemic on public health and our economy, and share her vision for Maine’s recovery.

Megan currently is the Vice President at the Maine Energy Marketers Association, utilizing her vast knowledge and legislative experience at the State House to represent MEMA on policies relating to the Association and its members.
